What are Boom Liquidation's store hours?

All 7 Boom Liquidation stores are open 7 days a week: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Hours may change on statutory holidays, so call your store before you go.

How often does Boom Liquidation get new arrivals?

Every Boom Liquidation store gets new arrivals every week: groceries, TVs, appliances, toys, bedding and home goods. Quantities are limited, and what sells out doesn't necessarily come back.

Do all Boom Liquidation stores carry the same products?

No. Each Boom Liquidation store receives its own arrivals, so inventory differs from one store to the next and changes every week. To find out whether an item is in stock, call the store directly: its number is on its page.

Can I reserve an item by phone at Boom Liquidation?

Yes, for large items: TVs, appliances such as air conditioners, freezers, wine coolers, dehumidifiers and microwaves, and bikes. Call the store to have the item set aside; if it's at another Boom Liquidation store, it can be transferred. Groceries and small items can't be reserved.

What warranty does Boom Liquidation offer?

TVs, appliances (large and small), toys and bikes sold at Boom Liquidation come with a 12-month warranty; the TV warranty can be extended to 24 months at the counter. These items are not refunded or exchanged if you change your mind: a defective product is covered by the warranty.

What payment methods does Boom Liquidation accept?

Boom Liquidation stores accept credit cards, debit cards and cash.

Does Boom Liquidation deliver?

Local delivery varies from one Boom Liquidation store to another: some offer it, others don't. Call your store to find out whether delivery is available to your address and what it costs. All purchases can be picked up in store.

Are Boom Liquidation's products new or used?

Boom Liquidation sells new, recertified and open-box items that come from surplus inventory, discontinued lines and returns from major retailers. Recertified devices, such as TVs and appliances, are tested before they go on sale.
